• Kintsugi Workshops: We offer workshops, both traditional and modern, to teach the art of kintsugi. Enrollment in workshops is subject to availability and specific booking conditions.
• Bespoke Artisanal Gifts: We craft unique artisanal gifts. Orders for these items are subject to design approval and production timelines.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for services and products are listed on our platform in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for services and products must be made in full before the service is rendered or the product is shipped, or as per agreed payment schedules for custom work. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Workshops: Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe may result in a partial or full refund, or the option to reschedule.
• Custom Orders and Repairs: Deposits for custom pottery design and ceramic repairs are typically non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific refund policies will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation phase for each project.
• Artisanal Gifts: Refunds or exchanges for bespoke artisanal gifts are typically only offered in cases of defects or significant deviation from the agreed-upon design.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this online platform, including original pottery designs, workshop materials, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kintsugi Weave or its content suppliers and protected by Japanese and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Kintsugi Weave.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our online platform and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kintsugi Weave will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the services. We strive for excellence in our craftsmanship but cannot guarantee that every repair or custom piece will be identical to previous works or examples due to the inherent nature of handcrafted items and the kintsugi process.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of our services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tōkyō, Japan.
